Vico is the new soul around the neighbourhood. A smart, crazy and sweet dog whose eyes make me think about the ocean. Vico also brought some excitement to the other dogs (and dog owners)! If they are not careful Vico will steal all the garbage which is in the surrounding litter bins! LOL Vico is much more than a dog. He's given you something to worry about and it's so good to be able to do that...
